About Us

Goldsmith Computer Services was founded early in 2004 by the proprietor Trevor Goldsmith as a third party maintenance company supporting IBM compatibles running Windows, Linux and an assortment of Unix versions. Based in Newbridge Co.Kildare, the company is ideally situated to cover most of the Midlands and as transport links improve, further afield.

 

 

The company and it's staff, work hard to give the our customers the help and support they need, when they need it. This, allied with our wealth of experience and the friendly, open relationship we maintain with our customers has helped the company grow and thrive since it's formation.

Although the company is still small in the greater scheme of things, we can more than match the established players in the field by 'getting to know' the customer and providing a service tailored to suit them. The company has a varied range of customers, encompassing Internet based sales, entertainment, financial services, retailing and construction industries.

The company firmly believes that Open Source software should be used whenever appropriate to save the customer money, providing that it performs as well as the commercial alternative.
